I appreciate the efforts of young Arjit in creating it. He reflects the enthusiasm and the enterprise of a young member. I wish the same enthusiasm gets manifested in the other younger members of profession. At the same time I appeal to the younger generation to have patience and practise more ethical value in the professional life . Their is a need to avoid over adventurism in the profession though it may yield fruits in the shorter run but can prove to be costly in longer run. To me slow and steady wins the race.
